i'm back., didn post fr a week coz i went to OBS last mon to fri {1-5 June}. ya its fun.. there were 16 of us frm hougang who went fr the camp but we were separated into four groups so me, gengyun, ruiqi and another girl were in the same group. 12 other students frm totally different school of totally different areas were formed wif us to make a group.. well first day was all abt getting to know each other well {and we all bonded pretty well fr the first day}, pitch tent and belaying. Second day was our kayak training. partnered wif gengyun... we capsized twice -.- {she kept laughing when we capsized}. then from ubin, we all kayak to punggol to camp there fr a night {partnered wayne}, we had to cook dinner and pitch tent there, was awsome. third day, we kayak to sembawang where our nxt camp site is, fr @ 6 hours of kayaking. washed up, cooked dinner & pitched tent, everyone was soo tired aftr 2 days of kayak and nth else. fourth day, kayak frm sembawang to ubin {last destination} supposed to partner chong ling coz promised her aready, but navigators say we r too strong to partner each othr coz she is a 2 star kayaker & i'm simply strong, haha. i partnered lingesh, a small size 2 star. but he was a pretty strong at kayaking {bad choice to partner us up ;} we were the fastest in the whole camp. reached, celebrated, pitched tent, had food celebration {where we cooked our own food and shared with everyone in camp}. At night, our group planned to stay up the whole night to chat and spent time together. as it was getting very very late, the girls decided to go back to their tents so we sent them back. then the guys decided to explore the whole obs HQ, haha it was really awsome :] chased by dogs, sneak pass instructors and saw wild boars! haha, then we all went back to tent to hv at least 2 hrs of sleep. on the last day, everyone was excited as it was time to go home but at the same time the saddest moment to say goodbye to the new friends we've found frm totally different paths.,
